Can an EPDM roof be repaired?
Often, yes, especially when the problem is a seam, edge or penetration. We tell you if the membrane is too far gone.
What is the difference between EPDM and TPO?
EPDM is a rubber membrane typically joined with adhesive or tape. TPO is a thermoplastic with heat-welded seams. Both have places they fit best.
Why is my rubber roof leaking at the edge?
Shrinkage and failed edge flashing are common causes. We check the edge metal and termination details.
